I don't know if I'd say I was a yo-yo dieter but I have crash dieted and starved myself plenty of times. I have had issues with an eating disorder in the past and got used to starving myself. Now I eat a heck of a lot better and won't skip meals or starve to lose or maintain my weight. But this was something I had issues with in my younger years.
