I was in a terrible mood before my workout. I told dh I just wanted to get it over with. I didn't feel well (AF) and I just wasn't in the mood today. Well, once I started working out I remember that after this week, I will only have 2 weeks left of my 12 week challenge (commitment) and I want to hit it hard the next two weeks so I can see my results. I decided to push up almost all my weights and I surprisingly did really well with the increased weight. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to do any push ups after pushing myself so hard with flyes but I still did 30 so I'm just so happy. AF didn't slow me down at all, other than I feel more fatigued now. Now I just have two more weeks to go and then I will start a new 12 week challenge for myself.
