I write these silly little notes to myself on my workout log. If I do a good job with a particular exercise I will draw a star or a smiley or good job like I'm a teacher. Sometimes I write you kicked butt or just all kinds of stupid things if I do good. If I don't do well I draw myself frownie faces. I'm really goofy but it helps me. I gave my dh straight F's on his leg routine one day because he quit on me. Hahaha.

I have these little workout stickers and when I workout I get to put on a sticker on my calendar for that day showing I did my workout. Cheesy I know but I love putting a sticker on my calendar after I workout!!

Where did you get them? I would love stickers! I am super cheesy. LOL.

I bought some plain 1 x 1 stickers at our local office depot and then printed them off from this website. I am a huge Cathe fan and use alot of her DVDs.
