I don't journal now. I do keep an exercise log but I don't really keep track of anything other than my exercise. I have kept a food journal before and I think it's helpful but I don't do it now. I think it could help me with my nutrition goals and I may try to do it when I do my next 12 week (personal) challenge. I am still trying to decide what I want to do for my next 12 weeks and what goals I want to set.
