I'd really love to see more new faces over here. I know that I didn't join here right when I first started working out. I was afraid that I would join and then quit, like I usually do. But, I found that coming over here and checking in with the ladies here and having a place to share things when I'm excited, frustrated or discouraged really helps.

So if you lurking come tell us what's holding you back? Maybe we can help you.

hi! i lurk on over every once in awhile ;-) i'm 27 weeks pregnant so that's why i haven't posted yet. however after this baby (my 2nd) i plan on getting into shape and eating much better. i recently had a gallbladder attack so eating healthy is a must.

Hi! I'm glad you posted! You and I must be due pretty close together, so don't let that stop you from joining. I personally think fitness and healthy eating are just as important during pregnancy as any other time.

oh cool! my due date is july 2nd. you?

i am very overweight so i've been trying to eat better this pregnancy. afterwards i'll have about 50-75 lbs i need to lose. at my last prenatal appt i had gained a total of 7 lbs so im doing pretty good. i plan on breastfeeding (altho that kind of made me gain weight last time around - i had the worst cravings ever!) and probably going to follow weight watchers and do some mild workouts at home

I'm due June 16, so just a little ahead of you. My DH started weight watchers in January, he's done so well that I plan to use it after LO also.
