Please post your daily exercise here. Post you totals for cardio and strength training at the bottom of your post. If you did a video please list the name of the video and how long it was.

(Since the new subforum is being glitchy I am posting today's threads on the main board. I will check both places for points.)

I did a Circuit Workout DVD called CrossFire. It's one of my favorites. Here is a link if anybody is interested. it's great. http://shop.cathe.com/Cross_Fire_Workout_DVD_p/933.htm

I did a 55 minute Premix on this workout. It is both cardio and weights combined.

I did 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer.

I think that sounds pretty pathetic but I have come along way. I used to be able to do 4 minutes on this dang thing. Saturday I could only do 10 minutes on it so I am really feeling good about getting to 20 minutes.

20 minutes on an elliptical trainer is pretty darn good. Those things are hard.

You just made my day! I really thought that I was just out of shape. I'm so happy to be able to do 20 minutes. It was hard!

I will be doing 30 minutes interval training on the treadmill after dinner tonight once my son goes to bed...I'll come back and confirm once I do it.

Edit: I did 30DS instead. So about 25 minutes circuit training. I also did 50 squats as I started a 30 day challenge with my sister - day 1 is 50, and by 30 we should be able to do 250!

So far today I have only done 10 squats (for the weekly exercise challenge on the paper scrapbooking board). Been cleaning house most of the day, so haven't gotten my scheduled workout in yet.

Does moving furniture for 15 minutes count for strength? After getting off of the computer and getting supper in the oven I disassembled Josh's toddler bed, rearranged his room (rocker recliner and bookcase) and then set up the twin bed all by myself.
