Breakfast: One Egg and One Egg white omelet with mushrooms, tomatoes, feta cheese and ham with whole Wheat toast, plus banana and cup of coffee.

Snack: Watermelon and Canteloupe

Lunch: Bowl of chili and a sandwich with sliced chicken breast.

Afternoon snack: Strawberries.

Dinner: Honey Bourbon Salmon with green beans and Quinoa.

I'm a creature of habit and except for dinner I eat almost the same thing every day. I do Weight Watchers so that helps greatly with keeping up with my points. Plus every Friday I go through my cookbooks and lay out our menu for the next week then hit the grocery store on Saturday to get everything. Eating healthy is easy for me, it's getting motivated to workout that I always find harder.

Moving my journal over here for today since the subforum is still being glitchy.

I decided to log my calories because I want to get a better idea of how much I'm eating.

Breakfast
Coffee w cream and sweet n low, 29 calories
Nature Valley Cranberry energy bar, 200 calories, 10g protein

Snack
Apple, 93 calories

Lunch
Cup of rice 240 calories, 4 g protein
Cup of beef barley soup, 130 calories, 7g protein
12 oz of skim milk with protein powder, 195 calories, 26g protein

Snack
wheat toast with peanut buttter, 260 calories, 10g protein

Oatmeal with blueberries

Snack
4 coffee crisp eggs

Lunch
homemade cauliflower soup

Snack
apple
dry cinnamon toast crunch

Dinner
pork schnitzel
creamy parmesan side kick
steamed broccoli

Snack
small bowl of reduced sodium chips
4 more easter eggs
a chocolate/peanut butter bar

I log on MFP and wish I could copy/paste here! I'll update as I snack during the day...my biggest issue!

Breakfast: 3/4 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds and 1/2 cup of Almond Milk

Lunch: 2 Enchiladas and 1/4 serving of homemade Spanish rice

Supper: 1 Chimmichanga, 2 servings of French cut green beans and 2 servings of mandarin orange segments

Snacks: 1 pepperjack cheese stick and 1 swirls cheese stick

Splurge: 1 fun size snickers bar

ETA: what I had for supper.
