Breakfast: One Egg and One Egg white omelet with mushrooms, tomatoes, feta cheese and ham with whole Wheat toast, plus banana and cup of coffee.
Snack: Watermelon and Canteloupe
Lunch: Bowl of chili and a sandwich with sliced chicken breast.
Afternoon snack: Strawberries.
Dinner: Honey Bourbon Salmon with green beans and Quinoa.
I'm a creature of habit and except for dinner I eat almost the same thing every day. I do Weight Watchers so that helps greatly with keeping up with my points. Plus every Friday I go through my cookbooks and lay out our menu for the next week then hit the grocery store on Saturday to get everything. Eating healthy is easy for me, it's getting motivated to workout that I always find harder.
