We have a weight system now! Dh got it from a friend. It's a Gold's Gym XR66. You can do a bunch of exercises with it, but I still have to figure out everything you can do and dh has to put a few things together still. I'm hoping we will have it working next week. We also have a regular weight bench on layaway at Kmart and I'm hoping to get it out by next week too. I really want to start using it!

I'm almost to my 12 week goal (just one more week!!!!) and after that I want to change up my workout a little and make a new 12 week goal. I really want to have everything working by next week because I'm just so excited about my next 12 weeks.

I haven't done it yet and I need to because the next 12 weeks should start next week. I may keep doing what I'm doing for one more week to give me time to make a new plan, but I am going to try to sit down and make a new workout log soon. I think I just want to rotate through more exercises but more or less keep doing what we are doing. I think I am going to make three separate workout logs and rotate through those three logs/exercises so I'm not doing the same things each time.
