I'm feeling a little down about it. I haven't worked out all week. I've had a lot going on and keep having things come up. I was doing so good with my workouts and I feel like I'm falling apart. I am planning to start a new 12 week challenge for myself next week but I'm having a really hard time getting through this week. I'm going to try to do something today just to get back on track and make me feel better.

I'm so sorry that your having a bad week. I think we all have weeks like that when things at work or home just get crazy and you can't get in your workouts. When that happens to me, I just set out my plan for the next week and try to do better the next week. I wouldn't let it get you down that much. you have been doing so awesome. Just tell yourself that next week it will be better.

That stinks. Weeks like that really bum me out, too. It's hard when you have a lot going on, but maybe if you can just get in a couple of minutes you will feel better!

You make me feel so much better. I think because I haven't been in a good routine with exercise for very long I always worry if I start missing workouts that I will just stop all together.

I worked out with dh today and it wasn't my best workout but I felt so much better just because I did it. I am going to make some new goals for next week and am going to try to just not sweat it.
