Do you like trying a new workout or routine? Or do you prefer to stick with what you know?

I like new stuff, but I mostly stick to the same instructors on exercise dvds.

I love trying new things. Gets me motivated to workout when I have something new and fun to do. But I do have some oldies by goodies that I still go back to a lot.

I kind of like to stick with stuff I know, but do get myself to try some new things or new dvds every now and then. Incorporating toning in twice a week is new to me. I've never really done much of anything with weights. I am really enjoying it though and thinking it will probably become something that stays in my routine. I'm hoping to try some new dvd's and exercises I've never really done or haven't done in a really long time by working it into my weekly schedule this month....but so far it hasn't worked out that way. Saturday's are supposed to be the day I try new videos or workouts and last Saturday got used as a make up day and this Saturday I am going to be gone. I'm hoping to try some kickboxing, stability ball, and ballet based workout dvd's and am hoping to find some weight training exercises to incorporate into my toning workouts.

I like trying something different every so often, but usually I prefer to stick with familiar routines, even if they are boring me to death, so long as I'm getting the wanted results.

Well kind of a mix. I like to learn new exercises and I like to do a new routine but I also like to do the same things so that I'm not constantly learning something new. I like to change my routine periodically by adding new exercises and then practice with them for a while before trying new things again.
