I will continue with 30DS, and I hope to get on the treadmill 3 times.

It's going pretty good!

I plan to keep up with the squat challenge, and either hit the gym or do a circuit at home at least 5 days this week, hopefully more.

I took three rest days this week, which is a lot for me, but I feel good about it anyway. Here's my plan for the next week:

Mon- Zumba
Tue- walk
Wed- walk and circuits for upper body/core
Thu- lower body circuit
Fri- walk
Sat- rest or stretch
Sun- walk

Some of the walk days I might do a video instead, will just have to see how it goes.

This weeks plan:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Walking
Tuesday, Thursday - Toning
Saturday - Try something new
Sunday - Rest day
