If you made goals for the month of April... are you on track to achieve them? If not, what needs to happen?

I am on track to meet my goals for the month! I need to walk 19 more miles and do 150 more minutes of toning to meet my goal this month.

My main goal has been to just get in 5 workouts each week and I have definitely been meeting that. Patty's challenges have really help keep me motivated. I love getting on here and seeing what she has in store for us each day!!

I'm in a plateau So no progress, probably not going to meet this month's goal. But I'll do what I can for the rest of the month!

I'm on track to meet my goals My main goals for this month were to fit into a pair of jeans that I got for Christmas that didn't fit, to workout at least 5 days/week, and to stay on track with the squat challenge!

Well I just started a new 12 week personal challenge for myself. I didn't get off to the best start because yesterday was another busy day for me, but I got my strength training done so I'm happy about that. I don't have goals for the month but I am on track for doing well with my new 12 week goal.
