The hardest thing in your diet to give up/cut back on? What has been the easiest?

It was hard for me to change my carb intake at first. There are carbs in lots of things that I didn't realize. I don't have a really strict diet but I do try to watch the amount and types of carbs I eat. That's probably the only thing that is hard in my diet.

Easiest thing for me was sweets and sugars. I never got to eat a lot of sugary things as kid so for the most part I don't crave sweets that often. I can go long spells without craving sugary things. But then every so often I get a massive craving I can't resist.

Hardest was pop. I think I craved pop for 3 months after giving it up....and then I caved and had some and it made my stomach so upset that I haven't wanted it since. But that first 3 months was horrible!

Easiest I would say would be my water intake.

hardest has been sugar.

When my midwife suggested I give up red meat I thought it would be difficult, but I haven't missed it that much at all.
