Even though I am a few days shy of being six weeks postpartum after my c-section, and my doc's appt isn't until May 1, I decided I needed to exercise today. I did a 30 minute Turbo Jam video. I am very out of shape, but it felt great!!! We'll see how I feel tomorrow, but it definitely put me in a better mood. I'm also working on eating better. With breast-feeding though, I do find I am more hungry. Trying to make better choices at least...

Turbo Jam is a lot of fun. Hope you are feeling okay today. I agree that breastfeeding definitely makes you hungrier. I was really hungry for about the first 12 weeks then it seemed that my body got used to the breastfeeding and I wasn't as hungry any more and was able to lose my baby weight.

Good Luck with getting back in shape. That's the only thing I don't like about having babies.

Good for you, Amy... Hope it wasn't too much. Eating better doesn't have to mean eating less, if you are making good choices. Breastfeeding takes a lot out of you.

The hungriness varies day by day. I find some days I'm just hungrier even if I didn't do anything extra. Go with it, its your body telling you it needs more! I think it might happen more frequently right before growth spurts

I think he's getting ready for another growth spurt (almost 6 weeks). I will eat more if need be, but healthfully also.

I felt pretty good today (no ab soreness), so I did Turbo Fire Low HIIT 20.
