Have you ever tried any non-typical or unique weightloss tricks? I'm thinking of tips like putting your fork down between each bite. If you've tried things like this, what has helped? Anything that didn't work for you?

I eat slow and chew a lot. But that's just me, and I've had several people comment that it helps you not eat as much since taking your time lets your brain catch up with your stomach? Either way, don't think it made a difference for me!

I sometimes do the drinking a glass of water before meals and it really seems to help.

I've tried using a smaller plate before to help watch portion sizes. It didn't make a difference in the long run for me though.

Just drinking a glass of water when I feel hungry for a snack. That has helped quite a bit. Nothing else though.

Oh, I always eat off a salad plate. DH tries to circumvent this by giving me a salad bowl sometimes for my salad or veggies, but I'm sticking to it! I started this when I was pregnant, and in my third trimester had to eat small but frequent meals I just haven't gotten out of the habit. It also works better because I can go longer between running the dishwasher before running out of dishes lol.

There are very simple way to reduce weight is dieting and exercise. Make sure that you take low fat and carbs in your diet and also drink green tea for this purpose. Drinking water is also a good option but not enough i think.

The only thing that has ever worked for me is writing all my calories out and stopping once I hit the amount I am supposed to eat for the day.
