A new healthy recipe or a different workout? What have you tried lately, and how did it go?

I tried two new recipes this week that were really good. I made them on the healthier side with lighter ingredients...

Sausage Spaghetti Pie Skillet Recipe | Taste of Home Recipes
Joyously Domestic: Roasted Ranch Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese

I've tried parts of a new workout video. It is the 10 minute solution Knockout body dvd. I'm loving the kickboxing!! I've tried a couple new recipes too. One for crock pot pork chops and one for crock pot chicken and gravy.

I think I'm with Chantelle. As soon as I posted this topic I realized I haven't tried anything different in a long time. It's not a good time for me to get adventurous with working out, so maybe I should try some new recipes!

I bought a new 90 day workout dvd set last month for only $16 on Amazon. The workouts are short, about 10-15 minutes + warm up/cool down. They are HIIT workouts. I never thought it would be possible to get so sore/winded in that short amount of time. I love the feeling I get when I am done with them.
