Almost done 30DS! One more day!!! Same with my squat challenge.

This week, I am finishing 30DS, finishing the squat challenge. Possibly starting another challenge to be determined. A few walks outside, perhaps some interval training on the treadmill. Taking the rest of the week off from videos though.

I did ok last week, three rest days, though.

I'm going to play it by ear this week. I did get a walk today, though!

I did great last week Worked out even more than planned!

This week I will finish my 5th week of my squat challenge, and week 1 of my push-up challenge. I plan to do 3 gym workouts, and at least 3 other workouts. I have a personal trainer consult on Wednesday. I'm hoping to be able to run outside this week!

I didn't do to well last week. I cleared 3 days of my schedule for people to come work on the house....which included procrastinating on my workouts (one of those as soon as you start someone is sure to arrive type situations).

I'm going to try to get some walks in this week as well as try out a couple other videos. Taking a break from my toning video (at least the thighs and butt chapters as my knees are hurting from all the lower body toning I've done lately). I'm also planning on starting a push up challenge.

Chantelle - Are you using the push up challenge from this site? one hundred push ups - initial test If you are, where are you starting? I managed 14 push ups for the initial test and am already intimidated by the numbers I will have to do in the first week.
