Mine was to lose 6lbs...as of this morning, I've lost 5!!!!! I had plateaued through a good portion of the month so I am pretty excited. Can't wait to take measurements and pictures on Wed morning.

I don't remember my exact goals I have them written down, but I'm stuck in one spot nursing Hannah.. I know one of them was my squat challenge and I'm on track with that!

My goals were to walk 40 miles AND do 300 minutes of toning. I did reach both of those goals!!

I don't remember that I had specific goals for this month. I walked 2 or 3 days and did 1 or 2 days other exercise each week, so that's pretty good I think. I'm definitely slowing down, though.

My goal was to finish the marathon...which I did! Next month starts weightloss goals...
