I just started an Insanity Rotation. I got Insanity after my 3 year old was born and I did it once back then and haven't really done it since. So this week I started a 30 day rotation with Insanity and I'm throwing in a bit of weight work since it really is only cardio.

As far as diet, it's the same old thing. I eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and keep up with my points for weight watchers. I'm in the maintenance program and my weight has stayed consistent for about 6 months which is great.

I'm really going to be watching my diet. I have been ok here and there, but I can't seem to stay focused. But after seeing some of the pictures from the marathon, and not being able to wear my jeans, something has to change. I'm also going to be running more frequently, but smaller distances, like 3-5 miles for the next month, and working on some strength.

Focus on getting more fruit into my diet. I've got vegetables down, but I need to eat more friut. Its harder in the winter so I hope heading into the summer when more fruits are in season will help.

The only thing I've done differently this week is slack off. I don't see it getting much better until Sunday as it is going to be a super busy rest of the week.

I am in maintenance mode and just recently I stopped wearing my fitbit. I also stopped logging my calories on MFP. I am trying to listen to my hunger/thirst ques and try not to mix them up.

As far as workouts go, I am on a break at the moment---til next Monday. I got a tattoo on my hip/side recently and was told I am not supposed to sweat for 13 days. So I am trying to enjoy my little break, but not enjoy it too much. No working out means, keeping a better eye on my intake of food/beverages.
