I have had a really rough week. I see my doctor in a couple days and I am going to talk to him about how I've been feeling. I haven't worked out all week and dh really tried to encourage me. I decided I am going to start my 12 week challenge over again since I've missed so many workouts. I really want to be able to make progress towards my goals and I'd rather just start over at this point. I'm still going to work out this week, I just will start my picture taking and body fat checks next week. I've been eating terribly this week too and that is not normally a problem for me but that's all I've done this week is eat.
I'm going to get with Jennifer today and see if we can get some badges and our grand prize awarded for our zombie contest soon.

Patty I'm so sorry that you've been having rough time lately. Hopefully your dr will have some suggestions to help you.
I wouldn't worry about not working out or not eating that great. Just remember that tomorrow is another day and you can start working out again and start eating good again. I hope you feel better soon. We are here for you!!
