I need some new ideas! I've been doing push ups, planks, raises, curls, and dips, and I'm seeing some improvement, but does anyone else do anything different?

Right now that sounds like about everything I do. I did just get a book called 101 ways to work out with weights. I'm hoping to get some new ideas in there. (Haven't had time to look at it yet)

I'm up for either, I have some lightweights (up to 15 lbs) and home and pretty much unlimited at the gym, but I also do a lot of body weight exercises. I'll do pretty much anything
