Last week sucked. This week really hasn't started out so hot but I'm ready to get back on track with my workouts. I am going to take new "before" pictures with dh in a bit and then we're going to do our workout. I am determined to get it done today. I still need to figure out how to fit a little cardio into my routine but today I just want to get my strength training done so I feel better and back on track.

I'm right there with you Patty! I've gone a week without a workout and not counting calories and am determined to get back on track today. Still need to go down and get my workout in for the day. I was also going to take pictures today (but will have to wait for DH to get home to do that and get good pictures.) Hopefully I'll have a post in the journals subforum for this month tomorrow.

That makes me feel better. I hope you got your workout in. I was just coming to post and let everyone know dh and I worked out today and I feel tons and tons better now. I was getting in a bit of a funk over not working out and even though I didn't feel like I had a killer workout, it still felt good to do it. Just to get back on track.

That's great Patty! So glad you got your workout done and that you are feeling better about it!

I did finally go down and get my workout in after I got off JM. I did 3 chapters in my 10 minute solution knockout body dvd using my new weighted gloves. I feel much better! Still need to do my crunches for motivate me Monday....will probably do them after supper in between getting kids around for bed.
