My goal is six days but a lot of weeks it's only 5. I try to get at least 5 workouts in but feel better when I do 6.

I aim for 6, but lately it has been closer to 3-4.

I aim for 6 here as well, but sometimes I only manage to squeeze in 5. And sometimes I don't have time for a full-workout, but I will fit in what I can.

Fully workout usually 2-3...except for when I was doing 30DS...I only took 3 rest days in 30. But I do walk a lot with DS and the dog. I tend to do longer walks on the days I don't work out. And we don't just wander, I power walk. DH laughs at me, but DS loves going fast and the dog prefers it so away we go!

Right now my plan is 3 days of strength training, and the 3 days of C25K....so 1 rest day or perhaps 2 if I can do both strength training and C25K on the same day once during the week.

I am trying to go m-f. Right now, it's working cause my hubby's work is slow. He is working overnight this coming Sunday, so I will not go on Monday morning. But, for the most part, I go to the gym Monday through Friday

My goals is 5 days but I usually only get in 3 or 4. I was doing great during the zombie challenge and did 5 workouts every week but since it stopped I haven't been quite as motivated. I'm hoping to find my motivation again.

I aim to walk at least a little every day and do strength exercises and work on my running every other day.

Usually I manage 5-6 days of walking, and 2-3 days a week of the other stuff.

I aim for 5, but honestly I usually end up doing 6, because I feel guilty about eating something I wasn't supposed to on my designated "off" day, so I'll try and work it off.

I run most days, and do weight training at the gym every other day.

I want to come up with another challenge or maybe some mini challenges to help keep us all motivated. Still thinking on this...
