What has changed? Have you lost weight? Has your appearance changed? What's different about you? If you've always exercised tell us what you like about exercising/being fit.

For me, I think I am starting to look more muscular. I'm not where I want to be yet but I can definitely tell a difference from where I started. I gained about 5 lbs since I started and my attitude about my weight/how I eat/everything has changed. I had always heard that muscle is heavier than fat and that you could weigh more and look thinner with muscles, but I didn't believe it until I seen it. I eat more now than I used to because I'm focused on being fit, not skinny. My whole attitude is different. I feel like a different person and wish I had started working out a long time ago.

I have lost a little weight and can see it in my face and stomach. I've also become more aware of what I am eating and how much snacking I am doing. I ditched colored soda - still have 1 Sprite a day (it's like my coffee....water doesn't seem to settle well first thing in the morning, so I have a Sprite instead). With ditching colored sodas, I've increased my water intake to 8-15 glasses a day. I feel like I am more confident about how I look now. Still not where I want to be, but am getting there.

My endurance (I went from a half mile walk being a hard workout for me to 6-7 miles with ease) is the biggest part. I can even go shopping all day and not come home feeling like I want to die like I used to. Now I'm working on running.

I've worked out on and off for years, but this is the first time I'm really making progress. I'm stronger, I've lost a good bit of weight, I'm looking thinner and more toned and I feel so much better.

I've finally started getting comments that I'm looking slimmer!!!! And I'm stronger. Before becoming pregnant, I was a smoker (I quit about 2 months before becoming pregnant and have been able to stay quit) and was out of breath running the bases playing baseball. Now I can run for 3 minutes and sing the whole time (impossible even 2 months ago).

I have always exercised but I started lifting weights a few years back and my body has noticeably changed for the better. I now have definition in my arms that I didn't have before which I love.

I've lost almost 10lbs, Lost a combined total of 4.5". And I notice my calves are smaller (they aren't part of the measurement list, I just know my yoga pants didn't leave indents when I wore them yesterday, and they did before.

I need to figure out some weights, or something, I know I'm not going to keep burning fat and get smaller if I don't do something to help increase my muscle %. I have a wii program that uses a resistance band.. I just need to clean my house so i have space to use it.. and then buy more bands

I had my baby 11 weeks ago and I already have my beach body back And I had just had a baby 14 months before this recent one!

I've lost a total of 35 lbs to date! I've noticed a huge difference in the way I feel, the way my clothes fit, my fitness and endurance levels, my muscle tone, etc. I'm also in the middle of "average" on body fat percentage, and steadily moving toward the "athletic" range
