a few weeks ago, I finished a 5k with a time of 26:28 and won 2nd place in the 20-29 year age bracket! That was my best time, yet and also the first time I ever placed in a race.

I raised my weights on almost every exercise last night, and hit my second weight goal

I upped my weights on a bunch of exercises yesterday. That felt great! And I've been on track with my goals for almost 2 weeks. I am determined to workout consistently for the next 12 weeks. I don't want to have to start over again. LOL. And this 12 weeks will wrap up one week before my 40th bday so I really want to stick with it so I can give myself a new body for my birthday. LOL

I hit 50lbs lost since December and can comfortably wear some of my size 16 pants. And my 2 mile is below 27 minutes which is a huge improvement from when I first started walking and 2 miles took like 45.

Yeah for all the goals accomplished mamas!!

I just really started working out and trying to get fit big time this past Monday (the 13th) and in those 4 days I worked up to yesterday doing the 1 mile super challenge 2 times. Which for me is Very good I think since I really hate working out! I'm now hoping to do the 2 mile plus one mile next week. I feel soo far behind you ladies and feel like I'm not meeting goals like you ladies have such great goals - I feel like nothing has been done but I try and remind myself I'm just starting

Sounds like you are doing great! For just starting on the 13th you have come a long way!!!


I was able to make it through 4 chapters on my 10 Minute Solution Knockout Body (kickboxing) dvd without having to stop for a breather the other day!

I jogged for 3.5 minutes straight on Thursday...going to try to do a bit longer tonight (HUGE for me)
