Not enough! I had toast with peanut butter and a coffee, but I had some strawberries for a snack this morning too.

That is what I have for breakfast all the time. I can't eat very much first thing in the morning so I normally just have a slice of peanut butter toast and then I will have a snack (like yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit or something like that) a little later.

Today I had two eggs and with two slices of wheat toast, but I haven't had my mid morning snack like I usually do.

I intermittent fast so I normally don't eat breakfast. Usually just a coffee and some water until lunch.

We fix eggs almost every morning. they keep me fuller longer that anything else. We had egg white omelet with tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese with a piece of toast and a banana, plus coffee!! My breakfast are usually my biggest meal of the day.
