Body fat: 19% Last week's body fat: 19% Starting body fat: 21% Total lost: 3%, but I have a feeling my body fat is up right now because my weight is up. I'll probably check it again in a couple weeks.
*I checked my body fat today and I'm so excited. I am still at 19%. Where I have lost the most fat is in my legs. I think the squats are paying off!!!
