I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. Still need to do my strength training.

Did about 2 hours of strength training - upper body and abs. Wasn't my best workout but I'm glad it's done.

Did my 80 sit ups for MMM annnnnd I will be doing C25K tonight, my first 20 minute straight run. AHHH!!! Wish me luck!
