I'm not. LOL. Here's how this works for newcomers. In this thread you will post something you will do for a like. For example, I will do 5 crunches for every like I get. Then your fellow Mommy Weightloss and Fitness girls will come along and like your post to get you motivated!
Okay here's mine. I will do 1 60 second plank for every like I get. I am trying to start doing planks and what better way to motivate me.
I like the 60 second plank, so I't stealing that idea, too! I'll do 1 60 second plank for every like I get! And because I need to work out, I'll also run 1 mile for every like (on my planned run Friday)
