What is the heaviest weight you currently lift and with what exercise?

The heaviest weight I lift is with my glute bridges, but that is because I'm on the floor so it's easier. I am up to 90 lbs on that. My next heaviest weights would probably be deadlifts. I am lifting 75 lbs with deadlifts.

I'm new to things, but the heaviest I've done so far this time is 40lbs. I haven't done a lot of legs yet, but I know I can do at least double that, and the one machine at the gym when I went 3 years ago, I could leg press I think close to 200lbs.

Woah! That's what I want to be able to do. I'm not sure how much I am doing on leg presses. Our weight machine is marked with numbers not pounds and I'm not sure how many pounds I am doing.

I have super strong legs lol. And GIANT thighs. I danced recreationally for years and twirled competitively for even longer. My upper half is so weak though. I also don't know if I could still do that 200lbs and don't have a machine to try.

Jealous of your legs and wish I could dance! I have a dancing phobia seriously. One of these days I will take a class or something and work on that. My legs are weak and mushy. I'm working on that. LOL.

My heaviest weight right now is 170 lbs on the leg press, I also contribute my strong legs to years dancing
