I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and I am so excited about it. I made a goal to do the elliptical for 30 mins three times this week and that was my third day on elliptical so I've met part of my goals already. Now I just need to do my strength training, which I will do later.

I did an hour and a half of strength training - upper body and abs.

I did week 3 session 3 of C25K!!! And I jogged for 5 minutes at the end

I didn't do ANY of my strength training this week...I am possibly going to be able to do one tomorrow. My goal was 2

Walked 5 miles. I'm up to 13 out of the 20 I wanted to do this week.

Strength tonight. Gonna have to do it tonight and tomorrow to get my goal.

2.1 miles on the treadmill in the afternoon, 45 min strength training at the gym & 20 minutes of intervals tonight.
