I had coffee with cream for breakfast, boneless porkchops and a huge bowl of broccoli with butter for lunch/dinner. Will probably have some pepperoni chips and fresh mozzarella for a snack later.

Breakfast was an english muffin with peanut butter
Lunch was carrots, celery, cucumber, pita, dipped those in hummus, and 10 almonds and some cheese
Dinner was spaghetti with meat sauce

Lunch: Chicken wrap.
Dinner: Spaghetti and Caesar salad.

breakfast I had some hot tea 1tsp of sugar with a 90 calorie special K bar
lunch I had some chunk light tuna fish with some light miracle whip on a 100 calorie bun and I splurged and had some bbq chips with it LOL
dinner I had about a tablespoon of corn (all that was left after the kids got to it LOL) again about a tablespoon of mashed potatoes....dang kids....and about a cup of roasted chicken

oatmeal with pecans for breakfast, a turkey + mozerella wrap in a high fiber/low carb tortilla for lunch, Fiesta chicken for dinner (skinny girl recipe) + sweet potato pudding for an after work out snack.
