breakfast I had some hot tea 1tsp of sugar with a 90 calorie special K bar
lunch I had some chunk light tuna fish with some light miracle whip on a 100 calorie bun and I splurged and had some bbq chips with it LOL
dinner I had about a tablespoon of corn (all that was left after the kids got to it LOL) again about a tablespoon of mashed potatoes....dang kids....and about a cup of roasted chicken
oatmeal with pecans for breakfast, a turkey + mozerella wrap in a high fiber/low carb tortilla for lunch, Fiesta chicken for dinner (skinny girl recipe) + sweet potato pudding for an after work out snack.
