AF's on her way, which means I'm yet again not pregnant.

DH left again today, no idea when he will be coming home, or when I'll get to see him.

My throat is still a little sore from the infection.



So I declare a Cheat Day. I had Subway for dinner, with 2 cookies and a diet soda. I'm sure I'll cheat and have something else naughty later. I think it's more Dh being gone again, and not being pregnant than it is AF cravings.. since I'm not diving into a Chocolate Cake... I wanted that Roasted Chicken Sandwich like no tomorrow.

That's pretty tame for a cheat day.
Nothing wrong with it every once in a while, we all need it sometimes.

I figured something tame was alright. I've been craving pop tarts all day too.. but I'm trying REALLY hard to avoid them (we keep them around for Reme). I'll probably have some frozen custard here in a little bit.. it's my big treat right now, Few spoonfuls and I'm happy.

I'm the type, if I start to cheat, I won't stop. And since my life is rather stressful, cheating can just lead to really bad things. So tomorrow I'll break out the weights, clean my house, do some laundry and enjoy a yummy pork roast with turnip and potatoes for dinner... asparagus too if I can figure out what the heck to do with it... I've never cooked it before. LOL

Toss the asparagus in a little olive oil and salt and pepper and broil it shaking the pan to move them around occasionally until they're tender and a just slightly charred. So good!

You can also try lemon pepper instead of salt and pepper. We have it at least one a week like that!

I tend to be go big or go home when I cheat too.

I do the same thing around AF sometimes. I try to keep it to one treat and not go crazy. Sometimes that's easier said than done.
