I haven't been feeling well the last few days. It started on Sunday and I had a low fever and I still feel sick. I am trying to figure out how I am going to meet my goals for this week feeling this sick, but I'm trying not to worry about it. If I'm quiet around here that's why.
I hope you feel better soon. I would focus on getting better and not worry about your goals until you are 100%. Trying to workout when your sick may prolong your sickness. Just get better then get back at it.

I was always told to take the time off when sick. I also noticed that I always seemed to come back stronger if I was off sick for a week or so. It was almost like my body needed the rest. My 7 year old son is a competing gymnast and got hit a few times this year with bad colds. When he returned to practicing he always thought he was going to be set back but instead it was the opposite! Hope you feel better soon.
