I did a circuit workout on DVD called To the Max. Took me 50 minutes. So much fun. it is always hard for me to get going but once I start working out, I love it.

I haven't done anything yet but after I had a bit of lunch I want to get on the elliptical for at least 30mins

55 minutes on the bowflex...I created a circuit of 9 exercises that I did 3 times with progressively heavier weights.

I tried a dvd that I have had for quite a while but had never done. It was Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones. I made it almost half way through before I started to worry about my knees (not to mention I could barely move my arms by then. LOL!). I did my own 10 minute stretch afterward as my muscles really tightened up afterward. I'll definitely be feeling it tomorrow. Maybe I can finish out the dvd in a couple of days.
