Yesterday was so bad. I was feeling sick and depressed. I skipped my work out to take a nap, and then I binged all day long. It was my first binge in over a month. I don't know why I can't control myself. It's like I can't just have a cookie, I have to have the entire package of cookies. I can't just have a slice of pizza, I have to eat 6 slices at a time. :- / I have spent today with a stomach ache and TMI warning, a lot time in the bathroom.

I gained 2 lbs yesterday alone. :- ( :- ( :- (

I am a lot more focused today, and ready to undo the damage from yesterday. I just really wish I didn't do that.

I do not think you gained 2lbs you have to eat 3500 calories OVER your daily calorie limit to gain 1 single pound.....remember your body can fluctuate +/- 5lbs during a days time depending on what you eat and drink....you more than likely are retaining extra water due to what you ate yesterday

weight gain is a gradual thing...you cannot gain 1-2lbsfat in a days time....unless like I said you eat 3500 (or 7000 for 2lbs) calories over your daily limit....

shrug it off....today is a new day....we are human...we are allowed to have bad days....it happens the important thing is that you do not give up

^Ditto! Remember in order to gain 2 lbs you would have to eat your daily allotted calories PLUS an additional 7,000 calories. I highly doubt you did that. You probably just ate a lot of carbs or sodium and are retaining water. Everybody has a day like that every now and then.

man....I know you're right it's not really 2 lbs, but I'm obsessive about weighing, and it won't budge. Hopefully I'll see a lower number tomorrow.

You and me both girl. I have gained 10 lbs now since I started working out. I did want to gain some weight but now I'd like it to slow down. I have been depressed all week and feel like all I've done is eat.

All you can do is start over and try not to worry about it.
