That are on the underside of the upper arm... where "bat wings" are a typical problem? I figure if I can add some muscle there, they'll be a little less obvious.. but I don't know which movement is best... and Spark people doesn't actually tell me which muscles the exercise works.

I also have an exercise band or two lying around if those would work better. but I don't know what their resistance are (one's blue, I think the other is green).

Also... is this the best one for attempting to firm up the pectoral muscles? And would it work on the floor.. we don't have a bench.

I just did a quick google search for tricep exercises since I worked mine yesterday and that's exactly where I feel it. Some things that came up:

Triceps Workout For Beginners | LIVESTRONG.COM
What triceps exercises are good for beginners? - Sharecare

One also suggested starting with a soup can instead of dumbells, I never thought of that yesterday but it would be lighter than your 3lb weights and might be somewhere you can start to build your strength.

The exercise you posted is perfect for your pecs and chest! When I started out, we didn't have a bench either but we had bench seats for our table. You could definitely do it on the floor but if you have anything you could convert to a bench I would try that.

For the back of your arms I would try this one.

My left arm is already getting significantly less of a workout than the right because it still has strength and muscle... The right needs to catch up, and now is the time to feel the burn because we've put TTC on hold (since DH is 400 miles away and no idea when I'll get to see him again) and I can take pain relievers for my wrist.

I will give that one a try later with a 5lb bell and see how it goes

We have nothing here that could convert to a bench sadly. We don't even own kitchen chairs. lol.

Jess and Patty covered the ones I was going to suggest. (overhead extensions and kickbacks)

Here is another site with some other tricep exercises: 10 Exercises That Target the Triceps | SparkPeople
