I've had a couple of terrible weeks. The scale has gone up, not down.

Looks like I have to get back to counting my calories. It seems to be the only way I lose weight.

I hope it helps! I've been thinking of counting calories alarm for the next few weeks too, to make sure I'm still on track.

Thanks ladies! Had I not counted calories I would've eaten way too much. Last night I was sitting watching TV and I desperately wanted some chips, instead I had an orange.... That progress!

I feel like when I know how many calories I'm "allowed" it's much easier for me.

It's a challenge for sure, but this is how I lost 40 to start with. 20 more to go!!!

It's a challenge for me too still and I have been counting calories for over a year now LOL but like you it helps me to make better choices in food knowing that I can have x amount....

I've been thinking about doing the same thing. I have been gaining weight every week for weeks now. At first I wanted to gain a little but now I'm ready to stop. LOL.

I hope this week things start turning around for you.
