60mins on the elliptical and I did my monthly ab/squat/push up/arm challenges burned over 700 calories already...do need to burn more to get to my goal of 800

I walked about 1.5 miles, did some pelvic tilts, kegels, and a plank (just one!), stretched for about 10 minutes. And the baby slept the whole time, LOL!

I am so happy that I got my workout in!!! I did about an hour and a half of strength training upper body. I still need to do my ab work but I'm going to do it after dinner. I'm starved now!

15 min on the elliptical, some pelvic tilts, one plank (1 min), and 5 min of stretches. Not a lot, but it felt good!
