And what body weight exercises do you do?

I don't do very many body weight exercises, mostly because I'm lifting and it's hard to do both. I do pushups regularly and crunches/situps. I used to do bench dips but I haven't been doing that. So really those are about all the body weight exercises I do.

My workout involves very few. I can't hold my weight on my hands long with out causing extreme pain.

I am doing the girly push ups...I am up to 20!! haha...I also do the planks and sit ups/crunches and russian twists and I add weights to those as well do squats count? I do those too and also add weights to that as well

Mostly I've just been doing sit ups, push ups and planks.

Depends on the workout...squats, lunges, push ups, dips, crunches, planks, other core exercises, and some stuff with light hand weights for arms & back.

Push ups, crunches, Ab flexes on the weight machine, calf raises, and bench dips.
