Week 5 Day 3 of Couch to 5K....meaning I jogged for 20 min without walking. This is HUGE! 5 weeks ago, jogging for 90 seconds was a stretch.

I did some weed wacking in the yard...and now my arms feel like jello...gonna go do my monthly challenges ab/squats not sure about the arms as of yet cause yeah....my arms are still shaking from holding the weed wacker haha

Not a workout, but I did play at the park with the kids for a while. Swinging works your core, right? Also did my kegels and pelvic tilts.

I walked/ran about 3km this morning (making three days in a row! ) and I did about 45 minutes of strength training tonight (push ups, 80 starts with resistance bar, arm workout, and ab challenge)
