So, some of you ladies may have gathered from some of my posts that I'm having trouble loosing wight after several weeks of trying. I weighed in Friday but still no weight lost. But, today for some reason I thought I'm going to step on the scale and see. I'm not sure why I did but I'm so excited that I did. After almost a month of trying I finally lost 3 pounds!!!! So, now I feel like I'm finally getting somewhere and I'm even more excited about loosing this weight for good. I know this is so small compared to some of you mamas but honestly I was getting so discouraged that I felt like giving up. Now I know I need to stay with it and keep motivated

Great job! I always find that, for me, the weight comes off slowly at first. But if you keep at it, things should move in the right direction. Are you taking measurements as well? Sometimes that can be more encouraging than the scale. Anyway, good job and good luck!

That's great! I find that I lose weight or gain weight sometimes in clusters. Like I may lose nothing, nothing, nothing, then lose 2 or 3 lbs all at once. I think sometimes our body fights with us. I think that's great progress and I'm excited for you!

Good news!

I also find that my weight will stay stable for a while, then I'll drop a few pounds, then stay there a while and so on. It can be frustrating when it seems to take "forever". Keep up the good work!

I am feeling a little frustrated myself, but with me, I can't seem to try. I had been doing so well in May. I know when I see the next loss, I'll be excited! WTG!
