Yes my DH is super supportive of my efforts to lose weight so we can have as healthy of a pregnancy as possible. He is definitely the most supportive person in my life and is my rock! We started doing the Insanity program together and he is constantly pushing me to keep moving and keep going even when I want to quit, his motivation and hard working ethic rub off on me!

Yep, DH is very supportive. When I do my solo long country runs, he drives out to where I'm running on a regular basis to bring me water and with every marathon, he's figured out the route and tries to see me at multiple times during the race to cheer me on.

He's supportive as he knows it makes me happy. I'd say my sister is most supportive though, she's active like me but is lucky enough to have a gym membership.

Is your DH/SO supportive of your efforts? Yes he is now. I made him promise to stop telling me "I will love you no matter what" and instead saying "I love you, but I wish you had the energy to do the things you want, and I wish you were happy."

Who is the most supportive person in your life? Dh, prolly my friend Christen who is my personal cheerleader. DH's exwife is also very supportive. We feed of each other's desire to lose some weight and it keeps us moving. She took off on Vacation last week and so far we've each gained 3lbs... oi

Everyone is "supportive" in that they tell me good job and stuff. But it is kind of a lonely journey unless they are actually losing with me.

My DH is definitely the most supportive, he's constantly telling me how great I'm doing and trying to make sure I have the workout time that I need. My best friend is also very supportive.

DH is very supportive, probably the most supportive.
Not a ton of people know I'm working on losing weight but my mom and sister do and they're supportive too.

DH is so supportive that he sleeps through every one of my workouts..lol. Seriously he is very supportive but I workout so early that he is usually still in bed. I have tried several times to get him up to work out with me but he would rather sleep.

DH is really supportive! He tries to help encourage me one and I appreciate that about him. Today he isn't feeling good and I honestly don't have the desire to workout. I need him to motivate me

Dh is very supportive. He and I work out together. The only problem I have is that he doesn't always want to work out when I do and sometimes I don't get my workout in because of him. I still would say he's the most supportive of me.

DH is supportive in that he compliments me more. However his bad timing in needing me to help around the farm is a little unsupportive in a way. My mom is probably my biggest supporter as she is also trying to lose weight. She incourages me to keep at it and also buys me new workout videos every now and then. She was the one that got me started walking with Leslie Sansone which has helped me stick with my exercise program this time.
