Do you normally do your workout around the same time? If you don't do it at that time does it make it hard for you to get it done?
I almost have to have my workout started by 2 or at the latest 3 because it seems like if I don't do it then it doesn't get done. If I don't do it by then it starts getting close to dinner and then I have to make dinner first. Plus, dh will start dragging his feet if I don't do it in the afternoon and then it's hard to get him to do it. I just find that I don't get my workouts done if I don't get them done earlier in the day. It's frustrating me.
Not right now...I just fit it in when I see a good opportunity (I.e. naptime, which iz unpredictable). When I was working and just had Grace, I'd do my workouts at 8:00pm as sooras she got in bed. It was then or never.

I've been having a tough time now that we aren't on a school schedule. I was pretty good about getting my workouts in around 2-3 in the afternoon while DD was in school. Not sure why it has become so hard now, but lately it has been 4 in the afternoon or after supper by the time I get one in. Don't do it in the morning because that is when I like to get my cleaning done as well as most of my JM stuff.

Most of the time I work out in the afternoon (the girls nap time.) Occasionally, I'll wake up early and get my run in before they wake up. I have the same problem in that it is really hard for me to push myself to get my work out in the later it gets.
