Are you doing anything new? Is there anything you really want to try soon?
I have a few different things I want to try with my workouts but this is what I think I want to do for my next 12 weeks. I'm going to finish up the 12 week plan I'm doing first. I'm almost halfway through, even though I keep missing workouts!!! Anyway, for my next 12 weeks I want to do 4 weeks of heavy lifting 2-3 reps, 3 sets, then do 4 weeks of medium lifting 2-6 reps, 3 (or 4 sets), and then 4 weeks of lighter lifting 8-12 reps, 3 (or 4 sets). I haven't decided on the exercises yet. I may increase the amount of exercises I'm doing every 4 weeks or I may increase the sets or I may increase both. I'm still trying to decide what I want to do but I definitely want to try heavy, medium, then lighter. I think it will help improve my strength.
