I did a shorter run this morning (2k), and I'll do my challenges and strength training when I get home from work.

Week 6 Day 3 of Couch to 5K, 22 minutes of running without walking! And took the dog and DS on a walk to the park and played

Currently on a walk, should ends up being about 6 miles.
