I haven't been weighing myself as often lately or relying so much on the scales, but I thought I should still be losing. Well, three weeks ago I was at 152 lbs, and a week ago it was the same. Honestly, I was starting to get frustrated. So today I hopped on, and I'm down to 150
Congrats! I went through a phase where I needed to not be on the scale from frustration, but now to keep myself in check I'm weighing myself every day (which I've never really done) because when I don't, I start to slip up lately.
