Week 7 day 1 of C25K...I jogged for 25 minutes. I am still in shock that 6 weeks ago, a minute and a half of jogging was a stretch for me.

If its stays nice, we'll go for a walk to the park later

No brags today. Our darn power went off in the middle of the night and didn't come back on until around 7:00 am and since I workout around 5:30 am every morning I missed my workout today. not a great way to start the week. I'm going to try to do a 30 minute workout tonight when I get my boys in bed.

I did a 20 minute circuit workout (chest, shoulders, triceps) And I may do another workout later.

probably do my ab/squat challenge and that's it today....might get in the pool later....dunno....can't really swim for exercise with all the kiddos in the pool though...that's the problem....

I ran almost 5 & 1/2 miles today in 52 minutes . Not bad considering running isn't my favorite way to workout. I usually stick to my workout dvds...
