How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

I did terrible last week. I don't get to move up. But I have a new plan for this week and I'm hoping that will help.

My goals for this week: 6 strength training workouts (either circuit workout or regular workout)
Eat 3 snacks and 3 meals

I would love to join up in this, so I would be Level 1!
Goal for this week is to do Insanity 3 times, and do a run twice this week along with two sessions of strength, so my goal is to workout out at least 5 days this week!

I completed my goals last week...no idea what I am gonna set for my goals this week....I would like to be able to go on at least one walk this week.....do my ab/squat challenges....not sure about anything else as it is SO hot in my house with a broken ac.....working out in 90* house does NOT sound like fun to me.....I am sweating just sitting still

Not a good week last week. I did great eating but just couldn't get motivated to get all my workouts in. I'm going to do better this week!!

I'm going to keep the same goals as last week and hopefully I'll meet them this week.

My goals for this week:
1. Work out 4 times, 2 days of cardio, one day of total body weight work and 1 day of circuit training.
2. Continue to eat well and healthy!
3. Do 3 10 minute core workouts.

I did not meet my goals last week so am still at level 2.

Goals for this week are:
-Work out 5 times this week.
-Log on MFP every day.
-Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day (I've let this habit slack a little).

I met my goals for last week!

This week:

Work out 4 times (at least once on the elliptical, and at least 3 workouts that contain strength training of songs kind).

At least 64 oz water every day.

Log food on MFP every day.

I had a good week last week, but did not make all my goals. Breakfast just is not happening lately!

My goals this week...
Exercise: follow my plan (it is written down on my calendar)

Diet: drink 3 quarts water daily; eat at least 4 times daily

Didn't meet mine either Not enough strength training.

So this week...

- complete week 7 of Couch to 5K
- 2 days strength training
- walk to the park at least twice with DS and dog
- vegetables with every dinner

Sounds like many of us had trouble last week!

My new goals this week:
**Start where I left off on the crunch and squat challenge
**Swim at least 2 different times
**Go on a bike ride at least once
**Do at least 1 day with 3 different workouts.
**Do at least 3 days of 2 mile workouts

I managed to meet my goals, amazingly.

Goals for this week:
10 mile run tomorrow, and then 3 miles Thursday.

I didn't see this until now. I did make my goal for last week.

My goal for this week with my class was just to focus on eating and make sure my calorie intake is in my goal range. Frankly, since the week is over, I can say, I've failed this week, one of my PR's lost a baby and it has been hard and emotionally I sometimes over eat. So actually I'm proud I was close to my calorie goal (or in it) every day considering...
