Okay so as you can probably tell I like to keep my workouts really planned out and organized. The ironic thing is I am one of the most disorganized people but for certain things I am like OCD with my organization. I spent hours planning out my latest workout routine. I think I am satisfied with it now.

Do you organize your workouts? Do you have to do things in a certain order? Do you have to write things down or are you relaxed?

I'm somewhat organized. I like to plan out my running workouts a few weeks in advance, especially if I have a race coming up. Then for cross training days I'll have a general plan (like "lower body" or "cardio"). That way I know what type of exercise needs to be done, but I have the flexibility to decide what I feel like doing that day.

Semi-organized. I knew when I was doing 30DS what I was planning to do. Now I have C25K to follow and with strength training I just pick a bunch of random exercises...I need to work on improving that!

Not. At least not in this phase of my life. I feel like the pressure of having to do a certain thing on a certain day, for a certain length of time would be too stressful and I'd end up not sticking to it. But that's because I just have to fit things in as I can. Anna might nap 2 hours, or it might be only 30 min. Or she might have a day where she'll only nap in my arms, so I have to go with the flow, and do what I can when I can. BUT... in my younger years I used to plan out my workouts like that. I was super organized about it. Maybe when my kids are a little older...

I am somewhat organized...I got a little routine going with my ab/squat challenge...I have been breaking it in about 3 sets since now I am over 100 on most of the stuff...and doing 500 steps on the elliptical in between "sets" doing a total of 2000 steps during that "mini" workout...it takes about 30-40mins to get all that done now...so its a nice little burn I get by the end of all that....and it keeps me moving and I get cardio in with those challenges

I am somewhat organized. I plan out monthly rotations and then do my best to stick to that. Although some days I just want to switch what I have on the rotation so I will just do what I want to do. As far as what I do in each workout, I mainly do DVD's so I just do what they are doing.

I'm not. I don't know what I am going to do until I get down to my workout room. I like to go down and see what video is "calling me" that day. I find if I try to schedule my workouts, it never fails that I just don't feel like doing the video I had picked for that day or it doesn't fit into the available time that I have.
